Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return or exchange, please email alexsandr.pokr59@gmail.com. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Customs Charges

If any customs charges apply, they are payable by the customer and are not covered by NOCTIS.
